Turn your readiness result into a written 90-day learning plan.

A score on its own changes nothing. This lesson turns your Readiness Check result into a short, realistic plan you can start this week.

Read your level

  • Exploring: focus on mindset and testing the idea before you spend money. Start with The Entrepreneurial Mindset (B1) and Find & Test Your Business Idea (B2).
  • Building: you have started; now get the plan and the numbers right with Business Model & Business Plan (B3) and Money Matters (B4).
  • Ready to launch: close the gaps in registration, compliance and marketing with B5 and B6.
  • Ready to grow: look at your team, operations and funding with B7, B8 and B9.

Read your areas

Your two weakest areas matter more than your level. A business can be "Ready to launch" overall and still have a dangerous gap. For example, it could sell well but keep no records, or have strong records but no way to find new customers. Fix the weakest link first.

Build a 90-day plan

Keep it simple. One course at a time, one lesson at a time, with the "Do it now" task done before you move on. A realistic pace for someone running a business is two or three lessons a week.

Weeks Focus
1–4 The course for your weakest area
5–8 The course for your second-weakest area
9–12 Retake the Readiness Check and choose the next course

A South African example

Nomsa sells second-hand school uniforms in Mthatha. Her result was "Building", with money and compliance as her weakest areas. She wrote one line in her phone: "Weeks 1–4: B4. Weeks 5–8: B5. Week 12: check again." When she retook the check, her money score had doubled, mostly because she now separated her business and personal cash.
